Today, I have looked at lighting. As our group don't have the proper professional equipment to making lighting as effective as it should be we have to use certain substitutes and make the best use of what we have. Lighting is important throughout our trailer as alot of it is in the dark, so we need subtle highlights to excentuate particular parts we want the audience to focus on. 
Soft and harsh lighting. Soft and harsh lighting can manipulate a viewer's attitude towards a setting or a character. The way light is used can make objects, people and environments look beautiful or ugly, soft or harsh, artificial or real. Light may be used expressively or realistically.
